In this special 4-session cycle, Psycho Synthergy invites you to explore the profound connection between the elements and your inner world. We will use the different states of water as a map to navigate, understand, and transform our emotions into powerful artistic expression.
The 4-Week Journey:
SOLID STATE (Ice) – March 30th: Working with Rigidity & Resistance. Breaking through mental and physical blocks to rediscover our inner strength.
LIQUID STATE (Flow) – April 6th: Channeling Passion & Intensity. Learning to move with the current and transform raw energy into creative flow.
GASEOUS STATE (Steam) – April 13th: Exploring Fear & Confusion. Shifting from the heavy to the ethereal; letting go to find clarity and lightness in movement.
SYNTHERGIC UNITY (The Ocean) – April 20th: Integration of Peace & Wholeness. A collective ritual where all emotions merge into a single, vast sea of consciousness.
What we will practice:
Butoh Dance: Exploring "the dance of darkness"—using slow, deep, and raw movements to connect with the subconscious and the invisible forces of the body.
Physical Theatre: Learning to use the body as a canal to transmit messages and emotions beyond words.
Imagination Transmutation: Bringing creative ideas into tangible physical and emotional expression.
Kundalini Yoga: Kriyas and breathwork to enhance focus, energy flow, and presence.
Synergistic States: Tapping into deep creative potential through mind-body integration.
Sound & Movement: Meditation, chanting, and guided visualization to sync our frequencies.
