In this Training we want to explore how movement and perception are connected. What kind of movement appears, when we close our eyes and dive deep into our body perception? How can our surrounding inspire our movement? And how can we open our perception for the others in the room? Take Impulses, relate to each other, become one moving ensemble? We will use different techniques inbetween movement/dance improvisation, inspired by authentic movement, and physical theatre. Exploring different principles like sensation, relation, time and design. Following impulses from inside and outside. Acting and reacting. We aim to expearience connection with ourselfs, our surrounding and people. And meanwhile surprise ourselves.
