We own nothing; we are connected to everything.

To recognise the body as a living, fragile territory — one that beats, breathes, senses and regenerates. To recognise the body as a creative tool, a channel, an alive artefact.

Creativity is constantly happening around us. It is always there, available, moving through us and between us. But in order to access it, we need to inhabit presence. To listen. To become receptive.

We will practice arriving — into the room, into ourselves, into the present moment. We will explore attention, sensation, intuition, impulse, image and imagination. We will investigate what happens when we stop trying to produce and begin to listen to what is already emerging.

We will explore presence not only as a state of mind, but as a bodily experience. We will pay attention to our nervous system, to the ways in which it shapes our capacity to connect, perceive, respond and create.

To return to the art of inhabiting the body.
To listen before acting.
To sense before deciding.
To become available to what wants to emerge.

A space to reconnect with the body as territory, instrument and source.

A space to practice presence.

A space to create.
